8 Reasons Why Blogging Is Good For Your Business

https://ezinearticles.com/?8-Reasons-Why-Blogging-Is-Good-For-Your-Business&id=10295506Blogging is a very important tool for marketing any business today. Not only can blogging build a business, it can also become a business.
Blogging is essentially writing articles about a particular topic of interest based on the subject or niche of the website where the blog resides.
But it does so much more and there are so many reasons to keep blogging.
1. To Tell Your Brand's Story
Blogging is a simple way to tell the story of your brand through case studies, historical information, and by sharing data. People love reading about how you got started and why.
2. To Establish Expertise
If you want people to realize that you're an expert in your niche, blogging regularly about the topic is an excellent way to do so. If you can blog three to five times a week about a niche, you're obviously an expert.
3. To Attract New Clients
Blogging about what you do, why you do it, and how you do it will go far in creating new opportunities for getting more clients. Even if you feel as if you're giving away all the information free on your blog, people who need the work done will still hire you.
4. To Improve Your SEO
Search engine optimization involves many factors, but one is on-page keywords that help search engines find your blog in order to send people to it who use those words to find information.
5. To Find Your Business's Voice
As you talk about new products, services, or other issues within your niche, you are also creating a voice for your company that will carry it forth to new customers. If you're excited about a product, your audience will be too. If you're serious about it, your audience will be too.
6. To Interact with Your Audience
Many people don't think of a blog as social media, but it really is. When you open up comments to your blog, it gives you a chance to interact with your audience based on the topic you want to discuss. Use that opportunity to get feedback and even for new product ideas.
7. To Use Resources Wisely
Most businesses have limited marketing budgets, and blogging uses that budget very wisely due to the amount of return you can expect on your investment. Blogging is the long game, and the blogs you post today will still be working for you a year from now if you plan appropriately.
8. To Educate Your Audience
Blogs are an excellent way to educate your audience about problems and issues that affect them. Plus, it's a simple way to get out news regarding solutions that you want to offer them.

How Many Words Should A Blog Post Be?

There are a lot of gurus who claim to have the answer about how many words a blog post should be. But, the truth is, there's no real tried and true answer. There are good reasons for having long, short and in-between blog posts, so the best answer to this question is likely to have a combination of all types of posts.
1. Short Blog Posts
Keeping blog posts short, say under 500 words, is great for readers who have short attention spans and to update your readers on something exciting. Bite-sized content is great to read while waiting in line, at the doctor's office, or when your reader has a short break. You get to the point quickly, so they can move on to your call to action.
  • Curated - You collect the content you think is relevant that your audience should look at, and write a short blurb or intro to the content.
  • Product Announcements - These don't always need a long post. You may just say that the product is ready or that it's a good product, and link to where they can buy it which is often a longer sales page.
Many people are very successful with this type of blogging. A real proponent of short posts that get right to the point is Seth Godin and no one can deny his success.
2. Medium-Length Blog Post
This is the type of posts many gurus swear by. Writing between 500 to 1000 words long is considered fairly standard for the industry. Some blogging platforms actually suggest keeping posts to no more than 600 words because you're being too long-winded and perhaps off topic if you go longer. Confining your writing to a certain word count can help you stay focused.
  • How To - This type of blog explains how to do something that is very singular. Sometimes it uses images to get the point across.
  • Informational - Sharing information with your readers is often done in the medium-length post.
Most blog posts fall into this category. They are the perfect length to tell a story, share information, and include a call to action - while including enough keywords without overwhelming the readers. HubSpot.com is a huge proponent of the medium-length blog post.
3. Long Blog Posts
This is a post that is more than 2000 words long and are often seen as more authoritative and the fact is, they are excellent for SEO. Google respects authority pages more than niche blogs with thousands of short pages of content. Therefore, creating some longer posts, even up to 3500 words, can be great for your audience and search engines.
  • Case Studies - These by definition need to be long because you're telling a story about something that is more in-depth. Case studies that are to short will not tell the whole story.
  • Annual Reports - If you have a large enough business that you can create an annual report, posting it for reading on your blog is an excellent way to put content that will interest your readers.
Neil Patel, founder of KISSmetrics, is a lover of long form blog posts and it works for him and many other bloggers. However, it's important to stay on topic, not deviate and change subjects, and be able to actually write well enough to keep the interest of the reader.

How To Sell More Affiliate Products Online

Apple "gets" their target market. They totally understand the individuals who buy their products. They cater their marketing messages, to the needs, desires, and unique characteristics of the people they hope to turn from prospect to happy customer.
You can build the same type of passionate, lifelong customer base for the affiliate products you sell when you practice the following 5 ways to better understand your audience.
1. Target an Interest You Know a Lot About
Understanding your audience is easy when you are a member. If you love peanut butter and jelly, and I mean really "love" peanut butter and jelly, then you understand other people who also have an obsession in that area. Marketing a business, online or off, in an area of interest that you are extremely familiar with and passionate about is a simple way to automatically understand what your audience is looking for.
2. Run Surveys
Survey Monkey is one of many survey management firms you can find online. They offer free and paid versions of their software, which allows you to survey your audience and ask them exactly what products they are looking for in their lives.
3. Ask for Comments on Your Blog Posts
You should not be trying to make a sale on each of your blog posts. Every 3 or 4 out of 5 pieces of content should be information only, answering questions and solving problems. At the end of any piece of content you create, you should have a call to action. A smart call to action is to ask your readers to communicate their needs, desires and problems in the comments section of your blog.
4. Start Studying Your Stats
Google Analytics can provide incredible insight to your target market. It's a free those tool, but even so, it still delivers a lot of valuable information about the mindset of the people you are trying to reach. You should be studying your statistics on a monthly basis at least, and more frequently if possible.
5. Hold a Free Questions and Answers Teleconference or Webinar
A lot of affiliate marketers use webinars to make sales. Webinars usually work very well for selling products and services, but there is another way to use them. When you host a free questions and answers webinar, you find out exactly what your prospects want you to give them.
Another benefit of this information seeking tactic is that you can use the answers to the questions you receive to find other affiliate products that you know will immediately be well received.
Companies are happy to pay commissions to people just like you, in return for selling their products and services. You have the potential to make a great income when you choose the right niche, stay committed, and understand your audience. Affiliate Marketing For Beginners (UK EDITION)

Another Best Affiliate Marketing Strategy: Trade Freebie for Email Addresses

As an affiliate marketer you must, must, must collect emails of your prospects so you can stay in constant contact with them in your online marketing efforts.
It has long been commonplace to offer prospects something free in return for their email addresses. This could be free PDF reports, recordings, even free WordPress plugins or programs. Anything of value to your potential prospect. Programs that help make things easier like WordPress plugins have actually been shown to be seen as slightly more valuable than free information.
If you've spent enough time looking at online marketing and sales you may have seen a statement like this - "it takes seven contacts before a person will buy". How precise the number 7 is may be debatable, but it is certain that the vast majority of your visitors will not buy at first contact.
First time buyers should be expected to less than 1% of your visitors. Actual purchasers of all visitors you should expect to be no more than 1 or 2 out of a hundred. This is why it is so important to get email addresses.
Email marketing allows you to reach out them after their initial visit, and give them an opportunity to see more information - enough information so it makes sense for them to buy.
To make this free report / email address trade happen you will need an email collection form to collect email address, which you get from your autoresponder. GetResponse or AWeber are two of the most popular, but there are many email marketing service providers sites to choose from.
The best position for your email collection form is at the very top of your web page so it is one of the first things they see when landing on your site. There are options to placing your email collection form - as a popup which pop's up as they scroll down your page (offering the free report for their email address), or a pop up when they move to exit the page.
You could also have the email collection form with the offer of the free report pop under the page they're looking at so that they see it after closing the page. Cool, huh?
Once you have a list of email addresses you can create autoresponder sequence of email messages that will be emailed to your list which can consist of information that will help them with challenges they may have related to what you are selling. On the emails in your autoresponder sequence you should also have a couple links to the products you are selling. On future articles we'll discuss more about setting up your email autoresponder sequence.
Affiliate marketing earnings are made most consistent when you have a good email list to market to on a consistent basis. Getting those emails and treating them with the value they hold for you should be of primary concern. Click here https://JosephsMarketing.com/emarketer to learn how to get the most of your efforts.

The Whole Truth About Passive Income & Financial Freedom With Internet Millionaire Dan Lok

Review: "Social Media LookUp System" - A Smarter System for Sales and Lead Generation

The "SOCIAL MEDIA LOOKUP SYSTEM" is about connecting with people and offering a different way to make sales, but in a smarter way than the more traditional sales processes.
It could be the perfect fit for you and your business!
  1. You choose only the best leads/prospects available.
  2. You select only leads/people who look to match the solution you offer.
The Social Media Lookup System software serves up massive amounts of information, just by entering an email address...
The Social Media Lookup System is simple to understand and it`s easy and fun to use!
It`s designed to help people in any sort of Sales Biz. It`s for sales professionals, direct sales people, network marketers, affiliate marketers, coaches and many others.
How does Social Media Lookup System benefit you as a business owner?
  • You just need email addresses.
  • Plug it into the software and you will access significant amounts of data.
  • Then ask about a likely prospect - Is this someone I want to connect with?
  • Will this be a person I can and want to build a business relationship with?
  • Does my business offer the solution to the person`s problems and needs?
  • You can replace much of your advertising budget with this software.
SUMMARY:
  1. With 'Social Media Lookup System 'you are in complete control of who you connect and engage with'.
  2. You pick those ideal customers, clients, buyers, affiliates, team members, partner producers, people you coach, referral partners... whatever your niche, small or large.
  3. You will become more efficient and more effective!
  4. You will confidently approach selling, well-armed with relevant information about prospects you can really help.
  5. The system puts you in prime position to connect and engage!
Bonus: You have a 'Contact Management System' designed specifically to help you further organise your business activities.
Compare "Social Media Lookup" to your other lead generation methods?
  • Do you currently get high quality leads?
  • Can you target individual prospects?
  • Are you in charge of the leads/prospects/clients you want to work with?
  • How time efficient are your current processes?
  • How cost-effective are your current processes?
  • Are you happy/disappointed/not satisfied with the quality of leads/customers/clients you get now?
Do other lead systems feel a bit like throwing spaghetti at a wall; you wait to see what sticks!
Quote worth quoting: "You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete". B. Fuller
Verdict:
  1. "Social Media Lookup System" - is a system to generate professional sales leads & home business leads.
  2. You find quality leads and ideal prospects.
  3. You will have more time to build trusting relationships.
  4. This is "advanced technology methodology" for sales.
The 'Social Media Lookup System' is new and uses cutting edge technology to build relationships and quality lists of potential buyers.
In essence it recognises that old style selling is dying or is already dead. If people are looking to fix and solve a problem they will only seek answers from those they have a relationship with - from those 'they know, like and trust'.
I doubt you will have seen anything like this before.

How To Trade Forex and Stocks Like A Million Dollar Trader

8 Affiliate Marketing Mistakes You'll Want To Avoid

Affiliate marketing is a good way to produce an extra income but only if you are prepared and go about it the right way. Here are some mistakes you'll definitely want to avoid.
Any product you choose should offer a solution to a problem that your audience has. First choose who your audience is, then find solutions for them. Doing it the other way around can include the risk that there is not an audience for that product in the first place.
2. Joining Too Many Networks
You can't make good income from affiliate products if you spread yourself too thin. Choose just a couple networks and work directly with some good products and their managers to ensure the best mix of products for your audience's needs.
3. Not Investing in Helpful Resources
There are a lot of very helpful products, services and solutions today that can help make your life easier as an affiliate marketer. Set a budget and invest in your business. You can't make money without spending, but you want to spend it wisely.
4. Not Using Technology to Its Fullest
Email lists, autoresponders, social media, blogs etc... all involve using technology. Seek to learn fully each new piece of tech that you add to your business before adding the next one.
5. Not Looking at Your Competitors
Many times your competitors are doing a lot of things right that you can learn from. If they are successful, you want to look at them. Buy some of their products and sign up for the lists. Make a note of what they're doing right and wrong and make a plan to do even better.
6. Thinking You Don't Need SEO
Search engine optimization is important, no matter what you're doing. You can use it when you are completing a social media profile, a guest blogging bio, and more. It just means that you are considering the search engines (and your audience) in whatever you do, both on and off your website.
7. Not Finding Multiple Streams of Income
You don't want too many products, but on the other hand you don't want to deal with only one. You need to diversify your income stream by adding more than one product. The trick is ensuring that all products fit with your ideal audience.
8. Spending Too Much Time Creating Marketing Collateral
With most products, choose programs that create all the marketing material for you. The reason is that you should not be driving marketing strategy, the company should. If they can't take the time to create marketing materials for you, it's probably not the product you want to promote.
Companies are happy to pay commissions to people just like you, in return for selling their products and services. You have the potential to make a great income when you choose the right niche, stay committed, and understand your audience. Paul O’Mahony - Rethink How To Use Social Media

The Dark Side Of Affiliate Marketing

https://ezinearticles.com/?The-Dark-Side-Of-Affiliate-Marketing&id=7484988
Affiliate marketing is a wonderful way to earn money from home. It has many good points that make it great but on the realistic side, there are some negative aspects to keep in consideration. Not everything people are telling you could be true. I do not mean to discourage anybody.
1. Some merchants are not stable and may not keep their promises. Or they may delay the commission longer than normal. So it is important to consider only programs that carry good reputation.
2. Some merchants might exaggerate to pay heavy commissions, just to have more and more traffic to their websites and no benefits to the affiliates.
3. Online hackers may steal the affiliates' account and get the money paid to them. In this case, it is advisable to use strong passwords and try other possible security measures available.
4. The merchants may close their business at any point without prior informing the affiliates and not paying their commission.
5. An affiliate does not have any direct control over the policies and plans of the affiliate program.
6. As these programs are free to join. Many people over the globe work with such programs. An affiliate competes with the SEO masters and people with information technology background.
7. Majority of such programs pay per finalized sale. So, even if there is a large traffic going through a publisher's website, still there could be no reward. But this is not true with all the affiliate programs as some of them pay for the traffic they receive from publisher's website.
8.Affiliate programs work as middle men among merchants and web publishers. They charge a big share, both from merchants and affiliates.
Not every play ground is for everybody. Try to narrow down your niche and master over it. Some people are good with fashion, some with art and others with fiction or nonfiction etc.
Having considered all the pros and cons of the affiliate marketing programs, what remains is the hard work and dedication. If publishers keep their websites up-to-date and attract more and more unique visitors; They will earn money anyways. Money keeps coming in and both merchants and publishers win at their place. so lets see if it works. I have a plan to keep writing more, if this article helps you, expect more write ups from my side. Looking forward to hear from you on this article.
I will be updating my Affiliate website links soon.
